1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Easy Manuscript (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service is owned and operated by MD Jamal.

2. Your Account

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans (Starter and Bestseller) are billed monthly or annually through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.

Prices are shown at checkout before you pay. Plan features may change over time; the features you paid for apply to your current billing period.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time. From the app dashboard, click "Manage Billing" and cancel in the Stripe billing portal.

After cancelling, your access continues until the end of your paid period, and your plan will not renew.

All sales are final. Payments already made are non-refundable, and no refunds or credits are issued for partial billing periods.

5. Your Content

Your book projects, notes, manuscripts, images, and other content remain yours. You retain full ownership of everything you write and create with the Service.

You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to operate the Service for you, including generating drafts, covers, and coaching.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to help draft, edit, and enhance your writing. AI output is a starting point — you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all content before publishing it.

We make no guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or original, and we encourage independent review before publication.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others, and not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

8. Availability & Changes

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may add, change, or remove features, and may suspend the Service for maintenance or improvement.

We are not liable for any loss of content — keep backups of your manuscripts by exporting them regularly.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MD Jamal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
